Go MAD Framework

The Go MAD Thinking System has been rigorously researched and proven worldwide for over 10 years. It is represented in an easy to learn framework. It has interdependent components that enable people to think in a focused, yet flexible, way about achieving their desired results.

Using the framework, anyone can make a difference. It creates a formula for thinking in a solution focused way based on how successful individuals worldwide think.

There are three levels to the framework. The first level we refer to as personal planning and it links the foundation principles of having a strong reason why to maintain motivation, face challenges and overcome obstacles, defining your goal and having a well constructed plan of priorities.

The second level we refer to as maintaining momentum. This builds upon the personal planning of the foundation level. Having the self-belief to succeed in making a difference is crucial. Involving others should be built into any plan and taking personal responsibility is at the core of our framework for success.

The third level is that of making a difference. This can only be reached by building the foundations with the first three principles, maintaining momentum and then taking action and measuring the results to know that the goal has been achieved and a difference has been made.

At an organisational level the framework can be used by everyone to achieve greater results. We will work with you to identify the areas where real differences can be made before designing and installing a bespoke Thinking System. This might be with a specific project team, business division or across the whole organisation.
