As Managing Director of Go MAD Thinking, Andy has been the driving force behind the values driven company he founded in 1996. Going on to develop the Go MAD Thinking System in 1998, which is now used by hundreds of thousands of people across the world. Andy has written over 20 books, including his seminal work ‘Go MAD – The Art of Making a Difference‘, and his critically acclaimed ‘Go MAD about Coaching‘, as well as presenting over 200 video and audio programmes relating to leadership, personal development and organisational change.

He was voted Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 (Runner-up in 2008) in the Leicestershire Business Awards and has a portfolio of consulting, property and software technology business interests.

Andy has gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience as a top-level business coach and business improvement expert. Deployed on 11 international assignments on behalf of the British Government and EU in former Eastern European Countries, he is regarded worldwide as one of the most prominent specialists in organisational change and restructuring. As a result he spends much of his time facilitating Leadership and Business Improvement programmes.

He is constantly exploring ways of using new media and technology with which to allow the world access to his critically acclaimed thinking system – for which he has a clear 50 year vision. His podcast series ‘Thinking For Business Success‘ has regularly been at the top of the iTunes Business podcast chart, often ahead of the likes of Harvard Business School.

Andy is highly in demand as a facilitator and keynote speaker due to the combination of his inspirational, pragmatic style, skill and passion for helping people think in a solution focused way.
