Sales and Operations Director
Ricky leads our Consulting Division. He has responsibility for growing the business through developing strong mutually beneficial relationships through a compelling client proposition, one that delivers measurable business impact for our clients.
His extensive experience has been gained from a wide range of senior roles in the Financial Services sector. Rickyâ€™s challenging style is valued by his many clients where he contributes to the Vision, Strategy and Leadership Thinking across a number of organisations in a variety of sectors. He is Executive Coach to a number of CEOs, COOs and other senior team members.
With a strong commercial focus combined with his operational business experience is invaluable when working with clients to deliver their objectives. He has delivered a range of measureable differences for our clients including; savings exceeding Â£100m, call reductions, operational efficiencies, and productivity increases along with increased employee engagement scores.
His clients include DHL, Lloyds Banking Group, TUI, Carillion, Visit Scotland and Visit Wales.
In his spare time, Ricky enjoys spending time with his family and also applies Go MAD Thinking techniques to his passion â€“ golf; it has helped him to greatly reduce his handicap.
