Antonios Pavlakis

Antonios is working with Go MAD Thinking as a Web Applications Developer in partnership with De Montfort University as part of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership government scheme.  This combines the expertise of the university together with the Go MAD methodologies to create, over the next two years, an on-line interactive personalised coaching tool.  This will be a remarkable leading-edge technology product.

Greek by birth, Antonios has worked across Europe.   His previous positions have varied from IT Support for Novartis in Switzerland, to IT & Development Manager for an on-line publishing company in the UK.  He has worked on a number of  web development projects including OBBeC, Stone Productions, the Intercare charity and the BCS Leicester branch.

A member of British Computer Society (BCS) and with a bachelor's and master's degree under his belt, Antonis strives to improve his knowledge further by also studying part-time for a PhD.

Antonios, is a martial arts enthusiast, practising Aikido as often as he can get away from his main hobby of coding. Apart from being indoors, he also likes spending time exploring the countryside with his partner.
