Gale Witts

Gale’s is one of the friendly voices you’ll most likely hear when you ring Go MAD Thinking. An exceptionally great Make it Happen Manager she is always on the ball ready to help and always gets the job done. Essentially Gale is the glue that holds Go MAD Thinking together!  Whenever the team or our clients need to get things done, it's often Gale that makes it happen – whether it be updating our website, arranging translation of books or sorting out Andy with his worldwide travels.

Born and raised on the Isle of Wight Gale finally escaped the island in 2001 and after a brief stint for a finance company was recruited by Go MAD Thinking on New Year's Eve of the same year. She’s been here ever since, which we hope is a reflection on the caring working environment that Go MAD provides and her knowing how much she is valued.

In her spare time Gale likes to trek across swathes of desolate countryside in search of a good pub, jump out of planes – mostly for charity and partly for fun.  She also makes the best cheesecake out of the entire Go MAD team (although Alex would debate that).
