Harriett Gilbert

Harriett is Andy’s better half and one of the bedrocks of the company. Much of her time is spent supporting the Thinking Engineers in their preparation for the numerous programmes that they run. She also looks after the companies finances using her natural ability with numbers that stood her in good stead during her 23-year career with NatWest. As an experienced Make It Happen Manager, Harriett plays a vital and often amazing role to colleagues and clients and can be relied upon to make things happen.

A hardcore Leicester City fan, she has the good grace (unlike most others) to admit that maybe they aren’t the most amazing team in the world ever, but still fervently visits them with her season ticket as often as she can. She also has the remarkable ability to get up at 5.30am to go to the gym before work on a daily basis and still be in a good mood at the end of the working day! She is also a volunteer home visitor for the RSPCA and also has a love of exotic (usually fast) automobiles.
