Ian Chakravorty
Ian Chakravorty is a director of Go MAD Thinking, co-developer of the Go MAD Thinking System, book author and a man to be reckoned with when he turns his razor sharp attention and facilitation skills to assist his clients.
His eclectic background and no-nonsense, engaging delivery style ensure that he is in high demand as a speaker and coach. Only his own fervent desire to walk his talk and maintain an excellent work/life balance stop him from meeting client demands for his time 24/7.
Ian’s early career was in industry and education, the latter as a maths teacher as he was passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. This experience, combined with Ian’s undertaking of the original Go MAD research study into how successful people think, provided him with exceptional insight into the intricacies of human behaviour, in particular; influencing; communication; leadership; and the psychological reaction to change.
After over a decade of working with blue-chip clients worldwide, he is a leading authority on the development and delivery of programmes that initiate transformational change across large organisations. Working at all levels in business; Ian provides a framework for sustainable, improved, thinking habits that lead to corporate and personal success. He constantly coaches a variety of Chief Executives and Directors worldwide in these areas.
Although Ian much prefers speaking to writing, he did sit down long enough to co-author the definitive guide to coaching, ‘Go MAD about Coaching’ and then put lots of other great words on paper to co-author the Go MAD book ‘Contagious Customer Care’.
