Jo Hutchinson
Jo joined the Go MAD team as a Thinking Engineer in February 2008 and has since been having the time of her life delivering and facilitating Go MAD programmes all over the world!
Before joining the team, Jo started her career in retail management before starting a 13 year career in HR, where she held roles related to all major specialisms, including remits at local, regional, national and international level. Her most recent position was Leadership Development Manager at Jaguar and Land Rover where she led team development workshops and facilitated their award winning change programme. She was also responsible for the development of personal development programmes across Europe not only for Jaguar and Land Rover but also Volvo and Ford of Europe.
Jo is passionate about measurement and ensuring there is a clear return on investment for clients. She spends her time delivering business improvement and leadership programmes where specific business operational challenges are addressed and sustainable actions put in place that really make a difference at individual, team and organisational level – differences that for some clients run into millions of pounds.
A highly skilled team facilitator and coach, known for her fast paced, no nonsense, straightforward and challenging style, Jo has led many teams and individuals to measurable differences – both in and out of work.
Jo’s style works well across private and public sector and in a range of industries. She has a range of clients across both the public and private sector which include international manufacturing and engineering organisations, local government, education and financial services.
Jo is also the co-author of the Go MAD publication ‘How to save time and money by managing organisational change effectively’, is a Chartered member of the CIPD and is an accredited Myers Briggs practitioner. She is also a volunteer Executive Director for a local not for profit organisation.
