Ken Hudson
Ken has over 25 years experience in developing and delivering business focused training programmes. Starting in manufacturing as a production manager he went on to hone his skills in the Retail Sector with a major high street organisation in buying and logistics. Prior to joining Go MAD Ken headed up Group Management Development for a leading national news and media company, where he developed and delivered their management development strategy. He was also responsible for redesign and facilitation of the senior management development programme. Ken initiated the Talent Management Programme. He has been inspired by Go MAD Thinking initially as a client since Go MAD’s inception and liked it so much he had to join the Company.
Ken is qualified in level A&B Psychometrics and an accredited Myers Briggs practitioner. He is a Charted Member of the Institute of Personnel Management. He has a passion for the practical approach to thinking and development and a wealth of experience in coaching, negotiating and influencing, project management. Ken regularly works with major blue-chip organisations such as AMEC Oil & Gas, Rolls-Royce, 02, Aon, Chaucer, Dorset PCT, Precision Castparts Inc., DHL and British Sugar. He coaches senior managers in manufacturing industries and facilitates major business improvement programmes
Ken’s passions outside of work extend to running 25 miles a week and participating in local half marathons. He is enthusiastic about rock music – especially Pink Floyd, playing the saxophone, badminton and being with his family.
