Richard Armeson

Richard Armeson is a Thinking Engineer with Go MAD Thinking. He has an extensive background in both people and organisational development. He has made significant differences in his career Halifax plc, Powergen plc and Norwich Union plc.

During his time with Go MAD, Richard has worked with clients in the UK and around the world in both the public and private sectors. His passion for helping people has seen him work with diverse clients from manufacturing through to a Premiership football club.

During his career he has helped an impressive range of U.K. and offshore Contact Centres make strategic and operational differences. He began his career as a Contact Centre agent and has moved through the ranks of supervisor, team leader, trainer and training manager. 

Richard is passionate about helping people to develop and encouraging them to make differences in both their work and personal lives. His role at Go MAD allows him to apply his knowledge of training and development in combination with the Go MAD Thinking System to really help businesses and people achieve their goals. He believes in creating a learning environment that encourages everyone to feel at ease and find his or her own preferred style of learning.

Richard is a Yorkshire boy (he’s played cricket for them, you know!) he lives in Huddersfield with his wife Charlotte and two young sons Edward and Patrick, who share their parents’ good looks and their dads’ cheeky temperament.
