Ricky Muddimer

Ricky has spent much of his career in Financial Services latterly with Nationwide Building Society. Prior to joining Go MAD he enjoyed a number of Senior Manager positions in a variety of disciplines, from sales and operations to project management, operating in Head Office, Field and Call Centre locations.
 
His career is built on delivering measurable business differences, in joining Go MAD he has transferred that commitment to delivering value to a number of clients; Visit Scotland, Carillion, National Grid Wireless (now Arqiva) and Mid-counties Co-op to name a few.
 
Ricky has responsibility for systems and process management at Go MAD.  As Head of Operations he is also charged with driving the entire team forward in his enlightened charismatic way! A great people manager and coach, Ricky also loves to get involved in the delivery of client programmes when we allow him to escape from the office.  He regularly coaches senior business leaders from various organisations and facilitates the strategic thinking of leadership teams.  
 
In his spare time Ricky enjoys spending time with his family and also applies Go MAD Thinking techniques to his passion – golf; helping him to greatly reduce his handicap.
