Suzanne Wood

Suzanne has boundless energy and her enthusiasm for Go MAD Thinking is evident in all that she does.  Suzanne brings to Go MAD a wealth of management experience after 18 years in retail, with various roles at Topshop, before moving on to commercial management for Marks and Spencer.  Here she progressed through a series of management posts at high profile stores including London's Marble Arch and Manchester City Centre.

Suzanne discovered Go MAD when she attended an Open Programme and fell in love with the concept of solution focused thinking! Having had lots of experience facilitating leadership, coaching and employee engagement programmes with her previous employers, Suzanne found the transition very natural.

Suzanne now spends most of her time delivering Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, Change Management and Coaching Programmes to managers across a range of industries including, Financial Services, Retail and Housing.

She is passionate about the charity support that Go MAD provides and has run programmes for delegates from non profit organisation, such as The Variety Club of Great Britain, Shelter, community libraries and from the education sector.

Her ambition is to get Go MAD Thinking taught in schools, as she has found it very useful in helping to develop her five year old nephew!

Suzanne is passionate about musical theatre and dancing.  At her interview she taught Andy, Ian and the team to tap dance!  She is regularly seen treading the boards on the amateur stage.  Suzanne loves to keep fit and is an avid Grand Prix fanatic!
