Our definition of coaching is;

“One person asking high quality questions to help another person, or a team, to think more effectively.”

The Go M.A.D.® can be used as a flexible coaching framework to help gain clarity, explore possibilities, build a plan of priorities including who to involve and challenge people to take responsibility for taking action.

 

 

Sometimes we coach people, sometimes we facilitate teams , sometimes we train managers how to coach their teams for maximum effect and sometimes we do a bit of all of these depending on a client’s needs. Whether it be a senior Executive team, an existing dysfunctional operations team or a project team in need of a breakthrough or some pre-project high quality thinking, the chances are we can help create enough light bulb moments that lead to a clear action plan or a new way of working.

We use 30, 60 and 90-day challenges to enable people to go make a difference (Go M.A.D.)!
