In some cases it seems to have become a habit which they feel they have no control over. What might have caused this? This is why it is essential to have the ability to manage stress and pressure in the workplace and can make the difference between the success or failure of a job. The better you are at managing your own stress, the more positively you will affect others around you and the less other peoples stress will negatively affect you.
