We have always been busy on the global stage and never more so than in recent months. In July, Thinking Engineers Jo Hutchinson, Jules Agombar and Rob Smith travelled to Milwaukee in the USA to deliver three, two-day coaching programmes simultaneously for 150 of GE Healthcare’s Leaders.

This was a truly international event with attendees from all over the world – Argentina to Australia, Canada to China. The Go MAD approach to coaching transcended cultural and national differences, showing again how easy it is to be universally applied, with an overwhelming ‘thumbs up’ from everyone. Using their internal evaluation ranking system, the programmes were rated as ‘world class’ by GE Healthcare – the first time any training course anywhere in the world has received such an accolade!
