Cisco Capital

Working across the EMEAR region, Go M.A.D.® methodology is being used as a common language and thinking platform for 130 people, across 20 different countries, to enhance their virtual working practices. The effectiveness of this Collaborative Capability Building Programme is being measured by a series of 90 day challenges. Cross functional teams are taking on collective and personal responsibility to make measurable differences. This will impact on business performance in each theatre of operation, as well as across the region as a whole.

This programme is delivered by Thinking Engineers Rob Smith and Rob Huntington who are providing on going telephone support to help keep focus, review progress and enable sustainable working practices.

Currently 37 measurable differences are being worked on in the areas of:

  • Improved key partner interaction
  • Streamline business approach
  • Increased market penetration
  • Efficiency of documentation and processes
  • Improvements to customer offers
