Congratulations to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council!

Congratulations to our long standing client Southend-on-Sea Borough Council on being ‘crowned’ 2012′s council of the year!

Go MAD Thinking began partnering Southend-on-Sea Borough Council in 2009 delivering a series of one day Personal Effectiveness and three day Coaching Programmes underpinned by our unique Go M.A.D.^® Framework. The coaching programme developed leaders in solution focused thinking tools and techniques to help themselves and others to make greater differences towards the Council’s objectives. To date 12 people have become officially accredited as Go M.A.D.^® coaches as a result of the application of their skills and in recognition of the differences made.

Both programmes are now firmly established in their catalogue of programmes and are run by internally licensed facilitators to a very high standard. These facilitators use the Go M.A.D.^® toolkit to facilitate and to coach teams or individuals to make greater differences within the Council. Neil Keeler, People and Organisational Development Manager is also a successful graduate of our Postgraduate Certificate in Solution Focused Thinking & Performance Coaching and is currently studying for the Diploma in Solution Focused Leadership.
