Discovery Days

Go MAD Discovery Days are designed to introduce decision makers to Go MAD and Solution Focused Thinking.  It combines personal learning and development with an opportunity to explore what differences could be made to support business improvement in your organisation.  Forthcoming dates are:

The Go MAD Thinking Skills Programme

The Go MAD Thinking Skills Programme is a four-day development course aimed at senior decision makers, influencers and those responsible for creating and role modelling a culture of responsibility within their organisation.  As part of a six-month applied learning programme it will help you to develop and apply the Go MAD Thinking System. Forthcoming dates are:

20th - 23rd January 2009

10th - 13th February 2009

3rd - 6th March 2009

Negotiating & Influencing for Results

Delegates will learn, in an interactive and inspiring way, how to address the issues that experienced negotiators are confronted with.  By leveraging the power of the Go MAD Thinking System we will provide you with embedded negotiation skills for sustained future results.
