What is Go MAD?
Go MAD Thinking is a business improvement consultancy offering a wide range of bespoke consultancy and development programmes supported by our own video, audio, online and text based products. We make a difference (MAD) which is why we've made it our brand a philosophy.

The Go MAD System has been rigorously researched and proven worldwide over 10 years.
What does Go MAD offer in the way of development and how can I find out more?
To find out more about how Go MAD can improve your business and the ways in which it can be implemented within your organisation, then we offer 'Discovery Days' which introduce you to the Go MAD Thinking System. However we do emphasise that this is NOT an introductory training course and is only of use to Senior Managers who want to make decisions about implementing new development in their organisation.
There are also open programmes run by Go MAD Thinking on a regular basis. These are programmes that anyone can attend with an interest in utilising Solution Focused Thinking, either personally or in a business perspective. Where are you based?
Go MAD is based just outside Woodhouse Eaves, Leicestershire. We are 10 minutes away from major road and rail links and under 30 minutes from East Midlands Airport.

Refund Policy
Go MAD Thinking Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to Go MAD Thinking for an exchange or refund, providing each is returned to Go MAD Thinking returns processing centre within 30 days from the date of order or 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods (whichever is longer). You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Go MAD Thinking' recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Go MAD Thinking shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these Terms, Go MAD Thinking only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
If you wish to cancel you should wrap the item you for which you are cancelling the contract securely, including the packing slip you received with the order. Complete the return reason as 'other' and write in Contract Cancelled. Send the item back to reach us within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
