GE Healthcare

Go MAD Thinking started working with the USA branch of GE Healthcare in 2007. The objective was to bring greater clarity to GE growth traits among Executive Band and Leadership Ready Managers.

A two day coaching programme was developed and implemented to 50 HR Managers. Each of them was tasked with a 90 day challenge to Make a Difference by coaching three executives/leaders each, thereby helping them achieve their Growth Traits targets.

Due to the programme’s success and further expansion into the operational divisions throughout the US, Europe and APAC, it has now been delivered to over 700 managers in 18 countries.
