Christine originates from Canada where she completed her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto. Since joining Kraft Foods as a Production Supervisor in 1999, she has held roles of increasing responsibility across various categories including Cereals & Rice, Desserts, Cheese, Coffee and Grocery and has managed plants in Canada, the UK and the US. She has also held staff roles at Kraft’s global headquarters in Northfield, IL USA in which she successfully led global continuous improvement initiatives and end-to-end strategic assessments. Throughout her career to date, Christine has consistently demonstrated a passion for continuous improvement and an ability to motivate and inspire others. Developing and implementing transformational strategies is a particular strength. She is currently the Plant Manager of Kraft Foods’ largest manufacturing facility worldwide in Champaign, IL USA.
