What will be the impact to my day job?

The programme is designed to apply learning to your current role enabling you to be more effective in leading and achieving results.  There will be the requirement for reading and time needed to reflect about your development.  However, all the written assignments are based upon the practical application of your learning within the role and the results you have achieved.
