Thinking Agility Exercises

In addition to watching our short and informative video above, we have a number of five minute thinking exercises to apply to anything you want to make a difference about.

Whether you regularly attend your local gym or aerobics class, or are just filled with the best intentions of getting fit and healthy, you know that you are more likely to keep doing it if you do it long enough for it to become a habit. Creating sustainable (solution focused) thinking habits is what we would like to help you with.

If you have been on a Go MAD Thinking Programme you will find the exercises useful to help you continue to practise the tools and techniques you took away. If you have not been to a Go MAD Thinking Programme or read any of our literature, then these exercises will give you a brief introduction to Solution Focused Thinking, which has helped many people to achieve measurable results.

Happy thinking!
