LBIP (MSc)
Imagine being able to turn your delivery of measurable differences into a professional coaching qualification or a Masters Degree. At Go MAD we are always looking at ways to make a difference, and our latest innovation, the Leadership Business Improvement Programme (LBIP), is no different.
Together with Lord Ashcroft Business School (part of Anglia Ruskin University), we have created an innovative way to turn financial business contribution into a ground breaking professional coaching qualification, or Masters Degree, and what’s more you don’t need to already have a degree to apply.
Structure
This exciting and innovative new approach to turning Solution Focused Thinking into a practical and pragmatic qualification will be part time, and work based, over 6-18 months.
It includes some classroom learning to support the achievement of three levels of qualification:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Solution Focused Thinking & Performance Coaching
- Postgraduate Diploma in Solution Focused Leadership
- Masters Degree in Solution Focused Thinking & Leadership.
Each level takes about 6 months.
Course Details
Payment for the Masters Degree will also be radically different to other qualifications. It will combine an initial down payment with payments by results, making it easier to afford or gain sponsorship.
Key to achieving all qualifications will be the delivery of measurable business differences and financial contribution. There will be monetary targets to be achieved appropriate to the level of qualification.
It is anticipated that the sponsoring businesses will receive in excess of 200% return on investment through the application of learning.
