Identify
The starting point is a scoping session. Our Thinking Engineer will help you to identify areas where business differences could be made. These areas will form the basis of the challenges to be focused on during the Results Acceleration Programme. Agreement will be reached on the goals for the Programme, measurement methods and the success criteria.
Define
Next is the identification of a group of 15 people with a strong reason for wanting to make a business difference. They will take on the challenge of achieving the goals to make an instant impact. Essential to the success of the Challenge Groups are the Sponsors. They will be well connected internally and can provide the business context for the challenge, remove obstacles, mentor and act as role models to the groups.
Equip
A three day workshop will provide the Challenge Group members with a comprehensive toolkit to take on and exceed their goals.They will be equipped with the mind-set needed to sucessfully approach their challenges, define their goals and leave with a plan of action to go make a difference.
Review
We will review challenge progress at 45, 90 and 180 days to celebrate successes, identify issues and obstacles, refresh the toolkit, review the plan and adjust accordingly.
Develop
Online communication support will be provided to help to maintain the momentum. Also the Challenge Group will have 24/7 access to iCheev®, our online Results Focused Thinking coaching and development toolkit. This will help them to embed the use of the skills, provide help with problem solving, plus aid in defining goals and creating plans.
Measure
