We’d probably all agree that we live in a results focused world. All organisations expect results of some kind, they might be sales, cost savings, improved productivity or something completely different. Even in our personal lives we are results focused whether that’s getting to our dream weight or something as straightforward of arriving at our destination on time. Results drive our every day.
In order for us to get those results we have to actually take some sort of action.
However, the actions that we take are ultimately influenced and decided by the thinking that we do. And, all too often, that thinking may either be helpful or hindering our progress.
