The Go M.A.D. Team is growing!

We're very excited to be welcoming three new people to the Go M.A.D. Team this month.

The growth of the Go M.A.D. Team follows a very successful 2018 for the business and will continue to drive our purpose to improve the world through better thinking.

Let's find out a bit more about our new Thinking Engineers - David, Sandra and Wayne.

Say 'Hi' to David!

David joins the team with more than 15 years consultancy experience, having worked with clients across public, private and third sectors. Previously, he was a tutor for the Institute of Directors, has designed and delivered talent leadership programmes and acted as a mentor to executives. Most recently he's supported Boards and senior teams in numerous NHS organisations and his experience will support our continued work in healthcare.

Already nicknamed "Badger", David has a keen interest in wildlife and the outdoors and undertakes numerous outdoor challenges to support charitable causes.

Question: What quote inspires you the most?

David: "Man cannot discover new oceans until he has the courage to lose sight of the shore"

Question: What's the last adventure you went on?

David: I love an adventure! The last adventure was a 50k trek challenge in the Peak District with my wife. This year, we're going for 100k in the Peaks!

Welcome to Sandra!

Sandra has a commercial background in sales and marketing in senior operational roles within global blue chip organisations. She transitioned into the training & development space to accelerate performance and deliver immediate results. This has led to Sandra developing a passion for embedding cultural change and meaningful improvements with leaders and teams.

Sandra is a big advocate of living in the moment and reaping the health and wellness benefits of spending time in nature and with animals. In her spare time, she volunteers with environmental and animal welfare charities.

Question: If you were a book, what would it be about?

Sandra: A fantasy guide to the best experiences in the world!

Question: What is your favourite song of all time?

Sandra: The Man by The Killers

Introducing Wayne!

Wayne has 20 years' experience of working within the public, private and voluntary sectors. He has led the development and implementation of skills and employment programmes within the UK and internationally.

In his most recent role as International Senior Consultant, Wayne led international partners to develop and implement effective and innovative programmes to improve the efficiency of Saudi Arabian government funded employability and skills services.

Wayne's passion is to develop the skills and qualities of young leaders for the delivery of positive measurable differences within their organisation, community and beyond.

In his spare time, you'll find Wayne more at home behind the camera, recording and exhibiting peoples' lives as he explores the world.

Question: What fictional place would you most like to visit & why?

Wayne: Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Why? Because "so much time and so little to do. Wait a minute..strike that. Reverse it."

Question: What film title best describes your life?
