Go M.A.D. Ltd views the customer information that it collects as a valuable and confidential asset which we take great care to ensure its safety.

Access to your information and correction

You can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you, and you can also request to receive a copy of that personal data. If you are not able to provide proof of identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you the personal data.

If the data we hold on you is incorrect, you can ask us to update the information or remove any data that is incorrect.

We respond to all requests within 30 days of receiving them. At any time, you may request that we delete or correct your personal information in our logs, these will be dealt with within 30 days.

Data storage policy

We will hold personal data for 1 year from the last contact. If during that time we have had no further contact we will transfer the record to the inactive area of our system. This is only accessible by MIH staff and is not available when generating marketing lists.

We will then review in a further 9 years and if there has been no contact the record will be deleted from our systems.

As an organisation Go MAD has been operating for 21 years and we continue to receive communications from clients years after they completed their training program. We thus think it is valid to hold records, but in a secure area, for up to 10 years.


We intend to protect the quality and integrity of our personal information. Go MAD Limited has implemented technologies and security policies to protect the stored personal data of our users from unauthorised access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss. Go MAD Limited employees and processors who have access to personal data are obliged to respect the privacy of our visitors and the confidentiality of their personal data.

Go MAD Limited will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We respond to court orders, or any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply for legal process; or
  • We find that your actions on our website violate these instructions.
